Terms of Service
Bookings For Private Classes and Workshops:
The total amount or a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve, book, and hold the date(s) you want. The balance must be paid in full before beginning the classes. If we do not receive the remaining balance due within six weeks from your initial deposit than you will lose your deposit and forfeit the booking.
Cancellations & Refunds:
(1) After you have paid for your private class, you have up to 1 year to schedule and book your private classes, otherwise, your payment is non-refundable.
(2) Cancellations made 14 days after payment of a private class will incur a 100% charge without the ability of a refund.
(3) If you cancel within 14 days prior to your private class date or are a no show, you will lose the chance to reschedule, and no refund will be issued.
(4) Cancellations have to be in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Other: We reserve the right to alter the course content, speaker or venue where necessary. Should we have to cancel a course we do not accept responsibility for travel, accommodation or other costs which may have been incurred by any delegate.
There are no returns on item purchases or after a private class or workshop is completed.
